Rates & Direct Billing for psychological testing and assessment

The rate for psychological testing, report writing, and feedback sessions is $220/hr. As assessments can vary greatly in complexity and the amount of time required, it is best to contact us directly for a quote. The hours generally required for our most common assessments are below. 

Psycho-educational Assessments: approximately 8 to 10 hours 

Autism Assessments: approximately 10 to 15 hours

ADHD Assessments: approximately 8 hours

Our services may be covered partly or in full by insurance. Please contact your provider to confirm your coverage. We currently offer direct billing to ASEBP, Manulife, Canada Life, Alberta Blue Cross, Equitable, GroupSource, GreenShield, and more. For those not listed, you will be able to submit our receipt for reimbursement.
